解決 SlideShare 上傳檔案遇到 Oops, something went wrong. Upload failed on slideshare 錯誤

SlideShare 是知名簡報分享網站。上傳檔案時卻遇到「Oops, something went wrong. Upload failed on slideshare」錯誤訊息。解決方式是將原本包含中文字的檔名，改成英文或數字組成的檔名。或者將檔名長度減少到約 200 字。




問題狀況:

上傳檔案時卻遇到「Oops, something went wrong. Upload failed on slideshare」錯誤訊息



解決方式:

1. 將原本包含中文字的檔名，改成英文或數字 (文數字) 組成的檔名。

2. 檔名長度超過 SlideShare 系統限制，建議改成較短的文數字檔名。文件並沒有說明長度限制多少。實際測試英文檔名 255 字長度 (包含副檔名的長度) 則並不被允許上傳、而長度  200 字長度則允許上傳。


詢問客服的回覆
1) The file they’re uploading has some kind of special character in the file name (such as a symbol or a letter from a non-English language). Our system is only able to accept files with characters it’s able to recognize and process.

2) The name of the file being uploaded is longer than our system is able to accept.

If you rename your file so that it is shorter and/or it only has English-language letters and no special characters, that should allow you to upload the file. Please note that after you upload the file, you can edit the title of the SlideShare presentation before you publish it. That way the presentation will appear the way you want.
